Updates to Eclipse Foundation Research page

@oliviergoulet the design file is now finalized - you'll see we've removed a couple of sections and made some visual updates (the new version is v3 on the left). I'm at an offsite in Toronto at the moment but will add some comments with questions/notes once I'm home tonight. Please let me know if you have any questions or issues with the design. Thanks!

Thanks @pkriefrvi! I've listed a few tweaks below that Olivier will be working on but let us know if there are any other elements that need updating. We've still got lots of time before the event so I want to make sure we get this just how you want it.

@oliviergoulet page looks great!! Here are some small tweaks (I'll go from top to bottom of the page):

for the youtube video, we'd like it embedded so that it plays on the page and doesn't open up a new window (we're updating the youtube thumbnail so the new one should be viewable shortly)
Not a requirement, but is there a way to have the anchor link to the contact form be smooth instead of a hard jump (let me know if this makes sense)
I've updated the "contact us" in the copy beside the youtube video to be a CTA at the end of the paragraph instead of a simple link in the text (commented in the figma)
a tiny bit more padding under the "funding organisations" section
for the "explore our impact" section, could we have a "load more" that has the extra elements appear below the existing ones on the same page? I don't want to take people away from the page to view the other elements (or alternately, could they "view more" and have them click to have them load like a slider from the right, and continue clicking the arrow to get another 3?)

I have few comments:

David has not a PhD, so we can cannot write "Dr. David Remon".
Personally, I prefer mentioning "Philippe Krief, Phd" instead of "Dr. Philippe Krief". It is less formal and more industry oriented IMO
I'm not convince that the "What We Offer" section really requires the proposed collapse/expand widgets unless you wanted to test them :-)
I have to disagree with the explanation provided on "OSS bridges the gap between researchers, industry, and SMEs". We should write something like:
- Industry brings concrete requirements through use cases
- Academics provide innovative ideas as prototypes to answer these requirements
- SMEs industrialise these innovations, creating sustainable business models around products and services adopted by industries
This assertion is not true: "All contributions are licensed under the business-friendly Eclipse Public License."

We should say instead: "All contributions are licensed under a business-friendly open source license"

We should also add our 2 new hirings: Babasile (PhD and Research Project Manager) and Cairo (PhD and Testing Engineer)

@oliviergoulet can you change the font of the team names to size 20pt down from 24pt (just want to make sure they fit a bit better)

Could we remove 'Contact us today at research@eclipse.org to get started!' to keep the CTAs clear and focused?

Also, for consistency, let's use sentence case on CTA buttons (e.g., change "Contact Us" to "Contact us" in three instances).

The font in the What we offer section is pretty small. Could we take a look at that?
