Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Going to an a page that doesn't exist on the site is a bad user experience. It's just a blank page with a generic 404 message. e.g. https://ecdtools.eclipse.org/foo/

Describe the solution you'd like Add a 404 page with the site design, and a more helpful message to try and get them where they are going.

Hugo likely has a built in mechanism for handling 404.
