Automotive Open Source Summit Landing Page

The SDV working group will host the "Automotive Open Source Summit: in June of 2023. Details are still TBD. In the meantime, we would like to get a "save the date" landing page up ASAP, with the idea that the page will continue to evolve as the program comes together.
