Error on Committer Paperwork for benain

We got an email this morning mentioning that the user benain is having issues with their paperwork:

The error we are seeing is:

This error means that we are unable to find a valid record in the foundation database. For a record to be valid it needs to have a personID and an Email address.

I was able to find this user in the foundationdb but is missing an email address.

There is an account in accounts.eclipse.org with an email address. Note that the user exists for ~2 months now.

@mward is there a way for us to know how or when the email address got removed from the foundation db?
