Unable to deploy to cluster

I'm trying to rebuild the Accounts and it's getting stuck at the Deploy to cluster phase.

I'm seeing the following error in the logs:

Error from server (Forbidden): deployments.apps is forbidden: User "system:serviceaccount:foundation-internal-webdev:ci-bot" cannot list resource "deployments" in API group "apps" in the namespace "foundation-internal-webdev-accounts-eclipse-org": RBAC: role.rbac.authorization.k8s.io "ci-deploy" not found
ERROR: Unable to find a 'deployment.v1.apps' to patch matching selector 'app=accounts-eclipse-org,environment=production' in namespace 'foundation-internal-webdev-accounts-eclipse-org'
