Update wg-list widget to sort alphabetically by name instead of alias

As per eclipsefdn/it/websites/eclipse.org#501 (closed)

Sharon noticed the working groups on our explore page aren't properly sorted.

This is because they are sorted by alias as opposed to title, and the aliases aren't consistent with the full IG name.
