Expand on utility classes and cleanup WG sites

eclipseide.org and openhwgroup.org (to name a couple) have utility classes which would be useful for us to add to solstice-assets.

Also, we should remove utility classes which were have defined in multiple places to eliminate some tech debt.

A couple of utility classes I have in mind are for typography (bold, italics, unstyling links, etc.) and display properties (flex with commonly used properties, inline, inline-block).

It is important not to clash with bootstrap utility classes of future versions.
