Using fontawesome5 icons and features but is only including fontawesome

The solstice theme appears to be using fontawesome 4; however, the "Follow Us" section on solstice pages shows missing icons for X, Bluesky, etc. It is because it is using "fa-brands" syntax and "fa-stack" features--this all seems to be a part of fontawesome 5.
