Remove Anne Jacko from static team

I just noticed that Anne is still listed in https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/it/webdev/eclipsefdn-vc-tools/-/blob/main/src/teams/static.json?ref_type=heads#L68. Please remove her from there. Thanks!
