Project contributor doesn't get added to GitLab as Reporter.

Summary

An official contributor, part of our project's metadata, doesn't get GitLab privileges.

Steps to reproduce

I added @tbeijloos to the Eclipse ESCET project metadata as a contributor. He's listed at the project's project "Who's Involved" page, see https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.escet/who. However, he doesn't get listed yet as member of our GitLab project, see https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipse/escet/escet/-/project_members. I remember reading somewhere that there is a sync script that should take care of this, but somehow it isn't happening, even after 2+ days. It worked before, as we do have other contributors that are listed as a Reporter.
