Make eclipsefdn-security team public and add description
Committers are puzzled by the fact that people they don't know that have been added to their GH organization. For more transparency, I think we should make the team public rather than secret, and also add a description:
This team is composed of members of Eclipse Foundation Security Team staff members (https://eclipse.org/security/team.php). They don't have write permissions to the repositories.
I guess the visibility and description could be added as an option in https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/it/webdev/eclipsefdn-vc-tools/-/blob/master/src/teams/static.json#L138?
