We are stomped with this one...
There is only 1 build here but we did more than 10 today. As a final troubleshooting option, I asked Olivier to delete his fork and re-create everything from scratch.
This site is configured the same-way as Eclipse Sparkplug but we don't have any problems building previews there: eclipsefdn/it/websites/sparkplug.eclipse.org!137
The main difference here is I am specifying a custom build script for membership which I don't need to do for Sparkplug: https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/it/websites/membership.eclipse.org/-/blob/main/Jenkinsfile.www#L8
