Make route insecureEdgeTerminationPolicy configurable

It must not be present when certbot's HTTP-01 challenge is used to get a certificate (see https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/infrazilla/-/issues/671).

Maybe add an option certbotHttpChallengeCompatibleRoute
