Media with federate users are not accessible

Impossible to view media sent by users from EF matrix instance.

Accessing media for federate account, expose this kind of url:

"url": "mxc://matrix-media-repo-staging.eclipse.org/011a26f780bc67089094c0c159e619261aec8e4f"

matrix-media-repo-staging.eclipse.orgis an internal DNS not expose to internet.
