Allow user to auto join at creation to specific room

Matrix have this option: auto_join_rooms

Proposition to create following rooms:

chat service support: #eclipsefdn.chat-support:matrix-staging.eclipse.org
chat service maintenance: #eclipsefdn.chat-maintenance:matrix-staging.eclipse.org

And auto join users.
