IAC - kubernetes configuration

• As a Releng Team Member,
• I want to prepare Kubernetes configuration file as yaml file for deployment in OKD staging environment.
• so that:

• Initial configuration (4)
• Define ressource/limit (1)
• Volume mount (NFS) (1)

Deployment:

• matrix-dev
• matrix-staging

Deployment with new wildcard domain:

• dev.matrix.eclipse.org
• staging.matrix.eclipse.org
