Add Provider ID to status page when available

Mentioned in eclipsefdn/helpdesk#4780 (comment 2547436), we should look at printing the provider ID when available. When processing Github commit statuses, we track the Github username as a provider ID, so this will provide that context when checking Github automated ECA checks.

If we want to include this for other platforms (e.g. Gitlab) we will need to look into fetching that email or providing it at the hook level request.
