Investigate issue with staging caching

As per: eclipse-openvsx-api#18 (closed)

There seems to be a similar issue with caching profile data on staging. When alternating between authenticated/non-authenticated calls to account/profile/{username} There is a delay in hiding/revealing the email field. It returns the most recent results for a few minutes.
