Investigate issues in retrieving description data for CVEs

Using CVE-2022-2838 as an example, there is description data available from https://github.com/CVEProject/cvelist/blob/master/2022/2xxx/CVE-2022-2838.json that is not being detected in production. We should investigate this and see if this is a product of bad model mapping.
