Github vs PMI committers cannot write to github, please consider a reinvite?

hello,
for the project:
https://github.com/eclipse/sw360
we have a new committer:
https://github.com/heliocastro
He was recently successfully elected, also confirmed by PMC, but he does not seem to be part of the github team.
we have had a similar bug in the past:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=558979
I would like to ask if it could be checked, if there are syncing problems?
Steps to reproduce
For Helio the access to the above mentioned github repo did not change, he cannot assign, for example, labels to a pull reuqest.
What is the current bug behavior?

What is the expected correct behavior?
Committer access to the github repo as mentioned above.

@helio, in case could you pls add screenshots. (I do not find helio chissini de castro here among the mention proposals, maybe the same issue)

Helio is not listed in PMI as committer yet (see https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.sw360/who), hence the sync script does not add him to the GitHub team.

It appears that the PMC had not approved the election and so it was stuck awaiting their approval.
I've approved the election on behalf of the PMC, so the @hchissinidecastro should receive instructors for completing the necessary committer agreements via email shortly.
The user is now a member of the eclipse-sw30 organization: https://github.com/orgs/eclipse-sw360/people
