Migrate projects from CDT to CDT.cloud

Summary

Following creation of the CDT.cloud project there are some projects that are now due to be migrated to the new project.

Can you please move cdt-gdb-vscode cdt-vscode and cdt-gdb-adapter from https://github.com/eclipse-cdt to https://github.com/eclipse-cdt-cloud changing their ownership/groups to the CDT.cloud?

Can you also create a new empty repository called cdt-amalgamator?
