Move GitLab to EU
This GitLab instance, and the EF's European IT presence, is currently in Switzerland. It would be more desirable to have hosting in a EU country.
Plan is to find a suitable provider in 1Q2022 and perform the move in 2Q2022
As a result of abusive and unreasonable anonymous traffic patterns, we're now requiring authentication to access some GitLab pages and content. We will investigate further to determine if these changes are permanent or temporary.
