Broken / ambiguous UML2 mailing list(s)

Possibly relayed to #7169 as general UML2 damage.

I posted to https://www.eclipse.org/lists/mdt-uml2.dev/index.html yesterday, got no echo of my message and the archives show nothing since 2019.

What has happened to e.g.

except that it isn't. It seems that there has been a half-hearted rename. I recall no notification. No one updated the PMI. Both spellings are in the archives with mdt copied to non-mdt. But where is yesterday's post? Were subscribers cross subscribed?
