Cannot login to https://ci.eclipse.org for any of my instances

All my login attempts to my ci.eclipse.org instances end up on the loginError page:

What is the current bug behavior?
The login fails and redirects to this page:
https://ci.eclipse.org/emf/loginError
What is the expected correct behavior?
I'm 100% sure I'm using the correct password, i.e., the same password that allows me to login to bugs.eclipse.org and git.eclipse.org.
