JIPP for ee4j.interceptors is dormant

This Jenkins instance has not been used in quite a while, the last successful build ran more than 1 year and 10 months ago.

Hence, the question if there are any plans to utilize this Jenkins instance in the near future. If not, we will archive and remove the instance. If, at a later point in time, it's determined that a Jenkins instance is required, we can (re-)create it.

Please note, if we don't hear back from the project before January 23, 2026, we will assume silent agreement that this instance is no longer required.
