Upgrade of 2IidJ-win10 node

Due to lack of Windows 10 support from Microsoft we need to upgrade2IidJ-win10 node from windows10 to windows 11 for Eclipse SCM

The replacement machine 2IidJ-win11 has already been prepared, but in order to follow our SLO we can offer 10 days delay for replacing existing node (8th Dec?) or we can do it as soon as possible.

Please decide.

Also, are there any specific requirements you'd like us to pay attention to, during server swap ?
