[temurin-compliance] Cannot log into agent `iywk3-macos11-x64` or `gn324-macos11-x64` with shared session - locked by Administrator

Summary

When logging into these machines with my Eclipse credentials in Shared mode, I see the log in screen for the currently logged-in user waiting for me. I believe this means that someone has locked the machine for use by someone other than the expected Jenkins user.

When I connect using 'Screen Sharing' on MacOS, I am prompted with this (IP address of machine obscured):

... and then I see:

Steps to reproduce

Using Mac "Screen Sharing" application, log into the iywk3-macos11-x64 agent. Also happens when connecting to the gn324-macos11-x64 machine.

Use "Share the display" when prompted.

What is the current bug behavior?

After logging in via the MacOS Screen Sharing application, the login screen is shown, or a login screen for a particular user is being shown (which is not my user, so I cannot log in to use the machine).

What is the expected correct behavior?

You should immediately see the desktop and act as the jenkins user.

Impact

We are in the middle of the Oct PSU release and these machines not being accessible is blocking us from progressing in any manual testing scenarios.
