Linking GitHub Account issue.

Summary

The ECA job for my first pr failed due to legal agreement ownership. I have an eclipse account with my company's work and another account with my personal email. I am not able to link both of these accounts to GitHub.

Steps to reproduce

• Accessed the eca link from github
• Error:

I am assuming that linking to github account is the issue because of the following:

• Login to my account
• Try Github Link
• Error:

What is the current bug behavior?

I am not sure if I have an account linked already.
