[adoptium] Enable the preview of Github models for the Adoptium organization
Summary
We would like to trial the public preview of Github models: https://github.com/marketplace/models
From https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/159087, the steps to enable this preview are:
GitHub Models is built into every repo, for every developer—whether you're working solo or as part of a large organization. Getting started is simple:
- Enable GitHub Models in your repository or organization or enterprise
- Create your first .prompt.yml file
- Start testing models directly in your workflow
Not sure how to do this in the otterdog config file, or if that is possible at the moment. Please advise on how to do this, or if its a manual setting that can be changed in the Github admin GUI.
This was discussed in a recent Adoptium PMC call and is something we'd like to try out under the Adoptium organization.

Impact
(What is the impact of this issue? Is it blocking a release? Are there any time constraints?, for example: "We have a release tomorrow") We currently have a GSoC contributor that will benefit immediately by having this enabled. Committers in the projects also want the ability to experiment with this preview.
