No need for JDK installations on projects-storage.eclipse.org anymore

Summary

Since eclipse-platform/eclipse.platform.releng.aggregator#3165 the releng-JIPP and none of the Eclipse TLPs uses the JDKs provided at the downloads/archive storage server (projects-storage.eclipse.org) any more. Consequently, the installation requested at #5780 (closed) is not used by us any more.

I don't know if there are other users, but I just wanted to let you know, that we would be fine if you remove them from the these servers, if it would be beneficial for the infrastructure.
