[Eclipse Tractus-X] Bitnami going behind paywall, OSS Alternatives needed

Summary

As you probably know in the 28 of August 2025 Bitnami docker images & helm charts will be going behind a paywall: https://devoriales.com/post/402/from-free-to-fee-how-broadcom-s-bitnami-monetization-disrupts-devops-infrastructure.

Therefore we from Eclipse Tractus-X would like to know if the Eclipse Foundation has any recommendations for open source alternatives, We are preparing an action plan to discuss with the community and execute changes.

Since we are using it in almost all our helm charts, it's quite a surprise and will require an update in most of our products.
