Cannot link GitHub account

Summary

Cannot link my GitHub account to my Eclipse account. I don't think I have registered an Eclipse account before. If there is anything you need for authentication of the GitHub account, please guide me with the instructions.

Steps to reproduce

Click https://accounts.eclipse.org/users/azamshul/linked-accounts and authorize with my GitHub account.

What is the current bug behavior?

Cannot link GitHub account with the following message:

• azam is already being used by another user.
• Connecting with Github Account could not be completed due to an error.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Being able to link my GitHub account.
