Downloads server issues

Summary

I'm trying to download something via https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/escet/v8.0-RC1/eclipse-escet-v8.0-RC1-win32.win32.x86_64.zip&r=1. It either hangs for a long time, or gives back an error page:

That pages also doesn't seem to load its CSS, but that may perhaps be caused by the same underlying issue.

I tried accessing https://status.eclipsestatus.io/, but it gives me 'Bad gateway' and 'Error code 502'.

Impact

We just released Eclipse ESCET v8.0-RC1 and need to test it to release v8.0 on Monday. That's now blocked, as we can't download it. Also, no users can download Eclipse ESCET now, which also blocks them.
