Missing Text in Committer Election Request Unable to edit

Summary

In the committership election proposal here:

I am unable to edit the proposal. Could you please add the following text instead of the current description in the proposal?

Post getting committership, he would expand his area to Search as well in addition to DOM. Further, he plans to continue contributing to JDT.Debug.
