Problem creating Eclipse Account

Summary

Creating a new Eclipse Account does not work because of the REGEX for email address validation (I guess).

Steps to reproduce

1. Try to create account with this mail: isratnowshin.bd@gmail.com
2. See this Form validation error:

Your email address must not include plus signs (+) or dots (.). (6658s)

What is the current bug behavior?

Account creation is not possible with said mail address.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Email address should be accepted because it's a valid mail address.
