fails to show major downtime

Currently Issue #6253 (closed) approx 50% of JIPPs are down/disabled. Yet https://www.eclipsestatus.io/ is at least misleading and generally very hard to understand. Why is CBI 'perfect' and what is API?

Surely https://www.eclipsestatus.io/ is the goto place for EF status. It should be accurate and easy to understand
