Gerrit is offline, remove trace of it on our web properties

Gerrit was taken offline in early may as part of our ongoing Gerrit/Bugzilla deprecation efforts: https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/helpdesk/-/wikis/Gerrit/Gerrit-and-Bugzilla-deprecation-and-migration-plan

We need to proceed with some cleanup work, which will require support from everyone on the webdev team:

• @epoirier – Please remove Gerrit from the statistics block on the user profile page and also remove the Gerrit tab.
• @oliviergoulet @gnugomez – We need to remove the associated functionality from solstice-assets.
• @malowe – Once that Gerrit content is removed from accounts.eclipse.org, you will be able to safely remove the Gerrit endpoint:
• https://api.eclipse.org/account/profile/cguindon/gerrit

Since this impacts multiple areas of the codebase, please create sub-issues to track your individual tasks.
