Feedback on ECA Renewal Reminder Service

In June, we plan to deploy a new automated service that sends email reminders to contributors when their Eclipse Contributor Agreement (ECA) is approaching expiration.

The goal is to ensure contributors have enough time to renew their ECA and avoid interruptions in their ability to contribute.

I am creating this ticket to track this effort and capture any feedback from the community.
