Paho Vserver shutdown

Back in Q4 2024/Q1 2025, we notified projects with a virtual server hosted by or sponsored by the Foundation they needed to submit and maintain an update schedule before March 2025. This schedule needed to indicate who on the project team was responsible for managing the server, and establish a consistent update cadence for both software and the OS that the project would follow.

As we have not heard back from the project by the due date, this issue has been filed to track the shutdown process of its virtual server.

If we don't hear from the project by the deadline for this issue(July 3rd 2025), the virtual server will be shutdown, after which it will be held for 60 days before being deleted.
