Improve the value of old forums with search hints
Summary
The forums provide valuable information that is basically lost/inaccessible because search is no longer available. I believe it was disabled because it was being abused...
But I did a bit of testing and one can still easy do a Google search like this:
site:https://www.eclipse.org/forums/ <search-term>E.g., the following search turns up lots of appropriate matches:
Do you think we could enhance the yellow message:
https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/f/89/
With instructions that suggest how to use Google to search the read-only contents?
