[temurin-compliance] - the artifacts retention policy?

What's the artifacts retention policy in temurin-compliance? Job AQA_Test_Pipleline is configured as Max # of builds to keep = 100, Max # days to keep builds = 100, Max # of builds to keep with artifacts is not set. So by default job artifacts will be deleted based of Max # of builds to keep or Max # days to keep builds.

The problem is some builds are with the Max # of builds and Max # days to keep builds, artifacts are deleted. For example https://ci.eclipse.org/temurin-compliance/job/AQA_Test_Pipeline/8176/ - the last 50th build in 8 days, see the console output artifacts are copied and archived. The build is still available, but archived artifacts are gone.

To archive the tck test results we need the archived artifacts be available if jobs are still availalbe.
