Submission of "kotlin-wot" to Eclipse Thingweb via Repository Transfer

Dear Eclipse Team,

I would like to request the transfer of the GitHub repository kotlin-wot to Eclipse Thingweb. The project is modeled after node-wot and dart_wot (and wot-servient), which are the primary components of Eclipse Thingweb. The Kotlin projects provides a similar API for applications written in the Kotlin programming language.

At the moment, the repository resides in my personal GitHub account.

The submission of kotlin-wot has been discussed with (and approved by) the Thingweb project leads @ekorkan and @caguzzi, as well as other Thingweb committers, during their committer meeting. See Comitter Meeting Minutes

The project kotlin-wot will be used by Eclipse LMOS, where I'm part of the project lead team. However, I think that the project kotlin-wot is closer to the heart of Eclipse ThingWeb.
