Hello,

We just added Google Analytics in https://git.eclipse.org/r/plugins/gitiles/www.eclipse.org/lyo/+/66bffb9ca9dfd1b72b6887e15d4f6737d6921aa8

We use 2 options: anonymize IP addresses and do not set any cookies. "Enhanced" analytics are disabled in GA, only pageviews are collected. We consider it to be sufficient not to require a cookie banner. Please advise us if you think otherwise.
