Subdomain no longer reachable after domain transfer: api.open-collab.tools

Summary

We've recently transferred the website of the new project Eclipse Open Collaboration Tools to the Foundation:

The website (https://www.open-collab.tools) which is served by GitHub Pages works fine. But the actual service https://api.open-collab.tools/ does not work, as reported here:

Impact

The public instance of Eclipse Open Collaboration Tools is no longer reachable. I chose the second highest prio & urgency, not the highest, because the number of users is still small.
