download.eclipse.org:8080

Summary

I am naviagating around download.eclipse.org and sometimes (Randomly?) the server is replying with 301 and URL starting with http://download.eclipse.org:8080 which eventually times out

Visit https://download.eclipse.org:8080/technology/epp and click around on the various subfolders

What is the current bug behavior?

What is the expected correct behavior?

Redirects should not go to http: or to :8080
