move BMW ressource packs from openPASS project to SCM project

we (BMW) want to move our ressource packs (2) from the openPASS project (https://ci.eclipse.org/openpass/) to the SCM project (https://ci.eclipse.org/scm/)

Assign the ressource packs according to https://github.com/eclipse-cbi/cbi/wiki

What is the current bug behavior?

Ressource packs are assigned to the openPASS project

What is the expected correct behavior?

Ressource packs are assigend to the SCM project
