Docker Hub Repository for the scm project

Hello,

Could you please create a Docker Hub repository for the scm project? Its name should simply be eclipsescm. I am not sure if you will be able to create it, because I created one with this name and I didn't know in the first place that I should request one.

I asked docker support team if the name can be reused.

They said that they can assist with this, but they will need the email address of the user that is supposed to claim the Docker Hub account called "eclipsescm".
