Change billing details for Adoptium Azure portal

Summary

The Adoptium Azure portal still has Martijn Verburg's personal credit card information on it. Please can somebody from the Eclipse Foundation take this over ASAP. Please reach out to me if you don't have the credentials although they should be in Bitwarden.
