Unexpected subscriptions to pass-dev email list

Summary

Following a message to the pass-dev email list (https://accounts.eclipse.org/mailing-list/pass-dev) yesterday, several participants of the openPASS project responded to note that they were surprised to find that they were subscribed to this list.

The PASS project (https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.pass) is not the same as the openPASS project (https://openpass.eclipse.org/). The openPASS project has its own dev email list: https://accounts.eclipse.org/mailing-list/openpass-dev.

The current number of subscribers to the pass-dev list is larger than I would expect based on project participation, suggesting that there may be others from the openPASS project who were unintentionally subscribed. I'm not sure how these wires were crossed, but would appreciate someone who is able to see the subscriber lists for both projects taking a look.

What is the current bug behavior?

There is a larger number of subscribers to the pass-dev email list than expected and recent discussions on the list indicate individuals from the openPASS project were unintentionally subscribed.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Only those working on or interested in the Public Access Submission System (PASS) project are subscribed to the pass-dev email list.
