Add Maven 3.9.5 to all Jenkins instances

Maven 3.9.5 has been added to all Jenkins instances: => /opt/tools/apache-maven/3.9.5

Please note that /opt/tools/apache-maven/latest is still pointing to Maven 3.9.3 and will be updated on Monday, November 20, if no regressions are reported.
